I can easily beat this without the Madoka ubers as all you need are research combos and rock cat to stall the witch. However I’d rather not waste my time my sending out thousands of rock cats so I’m doing it the fast way.
If you want to do it without madoka units, try using rushers such as bullet train and cutter cat. Also if you don’t have rock cat it can be hard to stall perfectly as the best options are talented jiangshi or manic lion which both use up a lot more money and are harder to time
