canonically speaking, since classic sonic is corrupted and he's sonic from the past. Modern Sonic will get corrupted. But looking at the design of classic Sonic, this obviously takes place after generations. So i'll let it slide this one time.

Honestly, I have a moment similar to this but it's my OWN crossover infection thing. And the Characters are swapped. Modern being the infected one and Mania being the uninfected one. (For clarification, This corruption ISN'T Pibby or FNF Corruption. This is sometimes inspired by the both of them known as The X_Virus.
