If you are under the same email or number you should be able to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the shop and it restore purchases! I had to go through that twice because of my storage on my old iPads.π

Tip:if you had all packs in toca and you get a new device (in this case an iPad) you can go to the shop and scroll down all the way and press "restore purchase" and then wait for it to load and then bam! You get your packs that you used to have!
