Mob Psycho 100 Openings 1-3 (FIRST TIME REACTION)

Most anime openins spoil the show, Mob Psycho openings somehow shows you everything in the show without spoiling any of it

"If everyone is not special, maybe you can be what you want to be", "your life is your own", "one and only one"

So something I found out only after the fact was that the choir in the back doing the chants, is comprised of the entire animation team for the show

As a wise man once said: "You can't be spoiled if you don't understand what the fuck is going on."

The Band from all the openings is called "Mob Choir" and was litereally created for the show also: The author of the Manga is called "One" (Same for One Punch Man), so the name of the third opening makes sense

The shows name is Mob Psycho 100, the number 100 is a main plot point

99 [First Song] 99.9 [Second Song] 1 [Third Song] if u see them in percentage everything makes sense! 99% 99.9% 1 or if u see it in a different way 100% Because 1 is equal to 100% Its an amazing reference to the show and the main character!

it got regular budget, but the source material is so good, I believe everyone involved gave their all and it shows.

Mob psycho 100 is about self improvement. yes there's cool fight animation here and there. but that's only a small part of it. unlike most shonen show main character who's goal is either to be the greatest or strongest. this show main character goal is to live a normal life to the fullest.

you guys should really watch this one together... mob has several amazing "bro" moments.

7:43 to be fair it is pretty common thing to do, like 90% of openings and endings have visuals used only in them and not in the show itself. Some anime even have different versiins if thr same op ir ed, but with some changes, could be simething minor expressing what is happening in the show or can have some extra new scenes and etc.

the OPs are all bangers and promises so much craziness and the show actually delivers on the crazy wild ride that the OPs show. Mob Psycho will be in a few years be hailed as one of the best in the genre in terms of it's unique handling of the themes, the animation and direction and the OSTs. Hope more people will watch this show!

Good reaction guys, really enjoyed it, probably one of the only videos where I watch the full commentary instead of skipping to the reaction. If you ever get the chance, definitely recommend watching mob psycho 100. I used to be weirded out by the art style, but it's honestly such a unique show with some amazing characters and great comedy.

99 and 99.9 both reference Mob's feelings being about to explode (as indicated by the looming percentage that peppers the show). 1 can be interpreted in many more ways: - Another comment referenced that 100% of x is equivalent to multiplying x by 1. While sound math-wise, I don't think that's the intent here. ------- SLIGHTLY SPOILERY --------- - Mob is a bit more isolated in the third season, so it could be referencing that, but I'm also not convinced. - Mob has also become more stable, progressing towards being less reliant on his latent power as he is striving to. 1 could then mark that he's getting closer to always having his counter at 1%. Currently my favorite interpretation.

I can’t wait to watch reactions of you guys to this show! Peak anime, timely story especially during this time, and will always have a special to so many people’s heart. The show just ended, so it’s the best time to catch up on this right now!
