There is the belief that a Christian, in effect, chooses themselves to be "a new creation" (2 Cor 5:17), to become a "chosen one" (Matt 24:22, 24, 31), to be "sealed with the promised holy spirit" (Eph 1:13, 14), to become an immortal spirit "son of God" (1 Cor 15:53), but that is NOT the case, for Jesus made this clear when two of his apostles, James and John, asked through their mother, to "give the word that these two sons of mine may sit down, one at your right hand and one at your left, in your Kingdom." Jesus did not give an answer to her, but realized that James and John were the ones asking for this "favor", so that he turns his attention to them, saying: "You do not know what you are asking for. Can you drink the cup that I am about to drink ?” "They (James and John) said to him: “We can.” He said to them: “You will indeed drink my cup (of taking up their "torture stake", remaining faithful till death, Matt 16:24, 25, so as become kings/priests of God's heavenly Kingdom, Rev 5:9, 10), but to sit down at my right hand and at my left is NOT mine to give, but it belongs to those for whom it has been prepared by my Father" (Matt 20:20-23), Jehovah God.(see Isa 12:2; 26:4, KJV) And there is also the belief that "all good people go to heaven", but that too is NOT true. At Luke 12:32, 33, Jesus says: "Have no fear, LITTLE flock, for your Father has approved of giving you the Kingdom. Sell your belongings and give gifts of mercy. Make money pouches that do not wear out, a never-failing treasure in the heavens, where no thief gets near and no moth consumes." And how many "chosen ones" make up the "little flock" ? Revelation 7:4, and 14:1 identifies it as 144,000 "Jews" or spiritual "Jews", that makes up God's Kingdom, that contrasts with "the great crowd" that will enjoy life forever as "meek" ones on a paradise earth.(Ps 37:11, 29; Rev 7:9-17) At Roman 2:28, 29, the apostle Paul says: "For he is not a Jew who is one on the outside (or fleshly Jew), nor is circumcision something on the outside, on the flesh. But he is a Jew who is one on the inside (or spiritual Jew), and his circumcision is that of the heart by (holy) spirit and not by a written code (as by the Mosaic Law). That person’s praise comes from God, not from people." So, at Romans 9:6-8, Paul writes: "However, it is not as though the word of God has failed (because the nation of fleshly Israel was apostate, being incorrigible (see Isa 10:6; Jer 13:23), so that they were rejected by Jehovah and replaced with a new "nation of Israel", see Matt 21:42-44)." "For not all who descend from Israel are really “Israel." Neither are they all children because they are Abraham’s (fleshly) offspring; rather, “What will be called your offspring will be through Isaac.” That is, the children in the flesh (or fleshly Israel) are NOT REALLY the children of God, but the children by the promise are counted as the offspring (that is made up of some fleshly Jews and mostly Gentiles, see Rom 11:11, 12; )." Thus, at Romans 11:25, 26, Paul writes: "For I do not want you to be unaware of this sacred secret, brothers, so that you do not become wise in your own eyes: A partial dulling of senses has come upon (fleshly) Israel until the full number of people of the nations has come in, and in this manner all Israel (144,000 "Jews") will be saved." So, those who "inherit God's Kingdom" (1 Cor 6:9), are only those whom Jehovah God chooses to build this heavenly government and this leaves out ALL of Christendom, for it's members does NOT "honor Jehovah" (Mal 4:2), so that they CANNOT become his "special property, a kingdom of priest and a holy nation" (Ex 19:5, 6), for they are as Revelation 18:2, 3 states: "She has fallen ! Babylon the Great (the religions of the world, of which Christendom is a major part) has fallen, and she has become a dwelling place of demons and a place where every unclean spirit and every unclean and hated bird lurks !" "For because of the wine of the passion of her sexual immorality (or false religious doctrines and practices that have their members as in a sexually, drunken trance), all the nations have fallen victim, and the kings of the earth committed sexual immorality with her, and the merchants of the earth became rich owing to the power of her shameless luxury."

This sounds is really terrible, and then I still have to watch an ad before I can't hear what Derek says..... After I am donating? 😢

I like Derek Prince, but this ministry is now asking for donations. I don’t get that. These are old recordings and YouTube is free. If God had already paid for that, then all it takes is some time to put them up here, which isn’t crazy hard. Not saying I don’t appreciate that effort, but it’s making me question what the ministry is doing. There’s nothing out here saying what else they are doing. If there’s more, at least tell us before adding fire donations.
