Megan you are such an inspiration. I love the way you Mother but most of all I love the way you love your husband. More women need to show their husbands how special they are to them. Chocolate chip cookies are a wonderful way to love Josh.

Yay! A cooking video! Sometimes you just get stuck in a "food rut" and need new recipe inspiration. The monster cookies, rice krispie pinwheels, and even the pasta salad would be great to pack for school lunches. I will definitely be trying those for my kiddos! Thanks for the inspo!

Mennonites and food bring back a lot of memories - meals in St. Jacob's, Ontario, the market in Kitchener, Ontario, and the lovely Mennonite ladies that came to the large Signatures Christmas Craft Show in downtown Toronto, with their huge assortment of Christmas cookies that we could pick and mix! My most poignant memory involves my dad. 35 years ago he was diagnosed with cancer in Feb and passed away in Aug. For my birthday in March, he gave me a lovely large Mennonite cookbook, and wrote in it. It's here in Brittany, France with me, and I used it a lot when my son was young! All your recipes here look delicious!
