Man you’re definitely a good teacher, it’s incredible how can I understand every single word that you say, and how can I get clearly all of your points of view. Thank you for being so kind and supportive with English students ❤👏🏾👏🏾☕️
  • You must be the most empathic and understanding teacher out there. I am a teacher myself and I use--and share--your videos with all my students, especially the ones in intermediate levels. THANKS for your wonderful job. ❣

This happens even in my native language. It is good to be aware of this as well.

The best way to remember words is context. I ❤dictionaries with added contexts in the definition of each word. When you don’t remember a word, go around it with context as Christian mentions. I do it often even in my native tongue. Don’t be ashamed of not knowing or remembering, it happens to all of us even native speakers.

I really appreciate the whole video, but at 10:15 there is a powerful flash: "Remember: real communication happens in context, not in textbooks" Thank you very much!

I love the way you explain and encourage us to use different tricks for easy communication! I thought to say "shop for bread" will definitely make me look like a total beginner in English. But you persuaded me that it is better to describe something in simple words than stuck and mumble something while trying to find a right word) I will be mad at myself anyway that I forgot the word, but I will be glad that the person understood me!
  • This man is the best teacher, and we can see he is a great person: not only he wants to teach us, but he wants we learn too. Thanks, Christian.
  • Like all your videos, this is another excellent example that with the correct mindset, anybody can be fluent in the language, and when I said fluent, I mean have the opportunity to communicate. Thanks a lot, Christian.
  • It's so simple, because after all, we all do it very often in our native language. But still, it's a brilliant observation! Thanks a lot for these useful tips!

  • Thank you for your work teaching English. I've always understood your speech perfectly. I really like the contexts you create and especially when you bring in articles to explain certain concepts. Congratulations on your commitment.
