Yes I realize It was hard to start. It was a faulty coil.

Absolutely Beautiful, very tastefully done, Indian Larry style.

Beautiful - my kind of custom Harley - clean, light, 16" rear, 21" front, springers, nice/powerful rear brake (we like having the ability to stop on occasion). Very tasteful...

Well done. Everything you need and most nothing you don’t. One of these days this channel is going to take off. I remember asking myself once, why does this guy only have 9 subscribers??

I also ride a 1949 EL Panhead, tank shift with a rocker foot clutch and an S&S Super E. The trick to starting mine cold is to retard the spark all the way, pull up the enrichener, open and close the throttle with the enrichener on 5 times. Kick it through twice. Then turn on the key, kick it over and it will start first or second kick, every time cold. Hot start, retard the spark, flip the throttle once, kick it through once. Then turn on the ignition, kick it again, fires right up. Of course I've been doing this for 51 years.
  • I keep coming back to this video. Its so skinny. Sounds great! My pop has a 51 pan and i want it to have this attitude!
