RLS is pure hell. Try this if you don't like meds. Lay on your back before you go to sleep. Place your arms by your sides with your palms down. Then put your legs up as if you are going to ride a bike and start doing the cycling motions. Keep doing this until you feel some muscle pain and are exhausted. It should help. Helps me.

Wow. They are DEFINETLY not paid actors.
  • My wife is a runner and she gave me her leg compression leggings. Worked miracles for me, hope it helps some out there.

most people only have rls when they sleep but girl i have it all day 365 days a year

The guy at the start of the video simply looks restless. My spouse can be sleeping, snoring, and running a marathon all at once.
  • Why do you need a prescription for something that is not medicated? You can go to the store and get ace bandage wraps, crutches, ankle supports etc. I'm a little confused on that. I would think you could just order them and be done with it.
  • I take quinine, one tablet a day ,for 2 years nearly , it practically worked right away , I still take , and I take magnesium honey and black pepper , not long started this but it is a great antibiotic, I have had 3 major opps , but I am beginning to get my life back , restless legs are the worst
  • I tried compression socks after rolling around in bed for 2 hours and BINGO instant relief. It takes a nite or two to get used too but worth it.

What works for one may not work for the other Remember this
  • Thank you so much I suffer from it for the last 2 years. I cannot sleep and I dread night coming.
  • I've been taking 2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a cup of warm water and 1 tablespoon of raw, unfiltered and organic honey twice a day and rubbing my legs with apple cider vinegar also beside some specific acupressure points and it has helped me a lot I also have peripheral neuropathy so is not joke dealing with this 2 things at the same time

I have recently found RLS can be a precursor to multiple autoimmune diseases. For me sugar make it’s much worse so this can be a symptom of many autoimmune diseases such as diabetes so please make sure to follow up with your doctor. Don’t wait like I did. They are currently treating me for Parkinson’s disease until they can rule out others. Something I had never ever thought about connecting with RLS. Best of luck to all of you. Sending blessings your way 🙏🏼

When the RLS starts, it's HELL! Requip helped, but I'm eating it like candy now and don't know what to do! No sleep, she's right. THANKS a million for addressing this problem.

Umm, 'applies pressure to the foot' !?? Not one word about how it actually relieves Rls Doctor!? Not very convincing for me.

    Try rosuvastatin, in the evening
  • Works the same way as foot wraps for me. I just wrap em around my legs before i go to sleep. The heavy sensation somehow stops my legs from moving or slows down the blood flow. Either way it helps.
