Drugstore/Affordable Fall Makeup Tutorial | Jaclyn Hill

Tbh I've been subbed to Jaclyn since the beginning and she really hasn't changed that much. She's grown as a woman and experienced new opportunities, but at her core she's still the same person who made videos in her kitchen with the fridge in the back. If anything she's just more comfortable in front of the camera. Don't mistake growth for change.

I'm glad that she actually read the comments/tweets about her last video: the face filters, the fact she doesn't upload much anymore, that we wanted to see more creative looks than the one she did, etc etc... I can tell she listened to us and I really appreciate that.💖

I’ve always loved makeup but when I started gaining weight I turned obsessed. I was obsessed with trying to make my face beautiful because I was so unhappy with my body. Then I became so unhappy with myself that makeup didn’t even make me happy anymore. In the last few months, I’ve regained my love for makeup not for my original reasons, but because it just all around makes me feel good. Y'all listen I'm a cheap bitch but if you have the money and your debating whether or not to drop the $38 for the jaclyn hill palette DOOOO ITTTTT it's my favorite palette in my collection.

I don’t get people complaining about her using her palette in this. She didn’t say drugstore or dirt cheap. She just said affordable. And $38 for a palette with 35 shades IS affordable. People keep comparing just the price to high end palettes without acknowledging how many more shades you get in her’s than in the high end palettes they are comparing it to. I just wish people could stop focusing so much on trying to bring people down because no one wins in that scenario....
