I recommend everyone to find the book titled The Secrets of Longevity and Vitality ; it goes deep into all of this, and it changed my life
  • 75 is the new 55. Carnivore five months and moving forward. I STARTED AT 319 pounds. I’m currently 264 pounds. 55 POUNDS!! INCREDIBLE!! Clear headed. Feel great. Jump out of bed every day. What a journey. Did I say I’ve stopped all Rx drugs?? No longer pre-diabetic. Cholesterol perfect. I could go on and on. THANK YOU for your videos. Enthusiasm. Information. Hugs from an old guy (my wife loves the new me)!

Ya know what's expensive? Doctors, medical procedures, and medicines that ease but don't cure ailments. It was an easy trade for me. More meat and fat, less big pharma/healthcare.

My husband was doing a keto diet for 3 months and not losing. I finally got him to stop with the cheese and go strictly meat (we do still use cream in our coffee), and in one week, he dropped 9 pounds. I am at my ideal weight. After 7 months, I lost almost 50 pounds and down 10 inches off my hips. ❤
  • You are a treasure to the carnivore community. Not only are you inspiring with your enthusiasm but you have such great ideas to share with us.

I'm a 76 year old woman who started strict carnivore 5 months ago. It was EASY to start it...I didn't have the challenges he's talking about. I lucked out the first week bc Meijer had an amazing holiday sale on ribeye and ny strip roasts. Got at least two months of meals out of them. I lucked out with another sale by Meijer 2 months ago when they over ordered gorgeous chuck roasts and knocked the price down 75%. Filled my freezer. I use my Dreo Chefmaker that has a million options including sous vide, you name it. I use my crock pot for the chuck roasts and recently got into chicken thighs skin on bone in for chicken soup (with just salt in my crock pot). I remove the cooked skins and pan fry them till they're crisp. Amazing! I love ground beef and cook it till it's mega dark and crispy, eating the rendered fat along with it bc it's delicious and healthy. I eat mostly hard boiled eggs daily to fill in the gaps between meals if I get hungry. I like scrambled eggs, too, and recently added my favorite cheese back in bc it doesn't bother me...extra sharp white Vermont cheddar. Also get bacon...eat half pound every day!!! Love it super crisp!! Eat pork, too...put it in my Dreo under air fry. Never get bored, ya'll. I was vegetarian/Keto for decades until the oxalates in the veggies/fruits/grains started making me unhealthy. When I began carnivore, I went through 4 weeks of excruciating pain from oxalate dumping, crying daily until it stopped. But I'm 76 so it was a lifetime of eating those toxins/poisons!!! Good luck, ya'll!!! JUST DO IT!!!

Starting my sixth week carnivore today, there are no words to describe how incredible I feel. Think how the human diet has changed in the last hundred years, humans can not evolve that fast that's when it clicked for me. People better wake up and listen, our are raise is in big trouble.

Hi Kerry I stopped eating cheese and I lost 3 pounds in two days. I thank you so much

Before carnivore, I was sleepy all the time and then I noticed hubby was too. He decided to do IF and then one day he says I want to carnivore full commitment. We have energy to walk every day together. No more fat sleepy people.
  • @ireneklauber4008
I've been eating carnivore for a year and a half now. The longer I eat this way the more I like beef but always have hardboiled eggs and cooked bacon on hand for snacks.
  • @Dakiniwoman
Bacon ... I bought an inexpensive meat grinder and I grind up bacon myself then I cook the ground bacon in a cast-iron pot on the stove top. This makes fabulous bacon-bits and a good amount of bacon grease to store in a glass container. The bacon bits I keep in a zip-loc bag in the freezer and use them as I wish. They are great sprinkled on eggs or any way you wish.

  • @lesliebooth2833

went from a fully junk died for my whole life, 110kg full of health issues, directly on Lion's diet. steak n salt. kept my morning coffee also. 1 shot of espresso 2 hours after waking up. 6 weeks into it already, went down to 92kg, never feel hungry, full of energy ready to conquer the world. just note that, i drink 3-4 liters of water daily since caffeine and tobacco makes me more thirsty (yes, im a smoker too), and I eat just 2 meals a day within 4-5 hours and that's it. no more sleeping apnea, no more kidney stones, no more stomach acid/fluid, no more depression, i just stand up when sitting on my computer and do exercises just because I feel energetic, no more headaches, no more overthinking, i sleep like a baby from 3-4 hours daily (before lions diet), to now 7-8 hours. my skin is shining like im a teenager again (currently 38yo). i don't get disappointed about anything anymore, just trying harder. just 6 weeks in, and what keeps me going, is the curiosity of how I'll be in 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years etc. Dudes and Dudettes out there, last thing i need to do is find the strength to quit smoking after 23 years. Pray for me, this anonymous person sharing this story, speak with the universe and give me the strength to do it. Anyway, i feel better than ever, my confidence level is to the moon, got 90% success ratio when flirting with Females even if they are considered 8s 9s or 10s. Too shy though to get in front of a camera to share my story. I value my anonymity and privacy but, you..yes you, the person who reads this comment, if me, a food junkie, a lazy buddha looking fella from a small island called Cyprus deep into Mediterranean sea could do it, there's literally no one who can't. I apologize for my broken English but yeah... Sisters and brothers out there, love yourself more than anything, take care of yourself, it's NEVER too late, and you'll not regret this. Peace and love to all (except from bankers and politicians).

Scotch egga are my fav - soft boiled, wrapped in 85 15 gr beef, and wrapped in 2-3 thin bacon. Bake at 400 until done. Portable, and so filling!
  • People saying "dont you get bored" dont understand once your hungry, meat is all you will want. I've done 25 days so far and not once have i thought it.
  • @user-qr4ey3xv4j
Here is my two-day meal routine: Day 1:Powerbowl; Day 2: 6 eggs(scrambled w/ pieces of bacon) & a Ribeye covered with brown butter. Gives my ribeyes a nice sweet taste.
  • My philosophy is that if it seems like carnivore gets old after awhile, due to eating a lot of the same things, oh well, that’s still better than eating anything that is metabolically unhealthy.

Dude I hope you make it to Netflix you deserve it. Skin was terrible and now 80% better. I noticed your daughter had acne and now her skin is glowing. Again thank you and berry
