Thank you so much for making these videos! I have been seriously considering moving to Malaysia with my family sometime this year. We are going to visit in September. I've lived in Canada and the states my whole life... but these past few years I have really wanted to leave and live in a muslim country. Life here is increasingly more and more suffocating, especially with a lot of things that are beings pushed in schools/ how our tax dollars are funding genocide. It's so difficult being a muslim in the West and I truly feel the quality of life in other parts of the world is honestly so much better. Honestly, just having access to halal food everywhere, hearing the azan, for the hijab to be absolutely normalized... would be such great blessings. I visited Malaysia many years ago and really enjoyed it.

Iโ€™m a 37 year young Muslim born in Malaysia. Iโ€™m willing to assist my brothers and sisters who want to know a bit about this and that on this small land country that has been borrowed to me. Which I, I mean we, will leave it all behind soon. Salaam

If your children go to international school in Malaysia, they get studentโ€™s visa + one guardian visa (the mother) whilst the father works abroad and sends money to the family. A lot of korean families do this

Ramadan Mubarak!!! Selamat berpuasa (happy fasting)โค

Saira should be the brand ambassador for international school, legal advisor, property firm, investment firm in Malaysia.

Yes I totally agree that living in Malaysia is really a brilliant idea. The people are very welcoming. You really feel at ease without having to feel that you have to adjust to fit in with everyone. I recommend people to apply for the MMH2 once you have checked it out by taking a holiday trip first ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘Œ
  • In my view , you need approximately RM7000.00 per month to live in Malaysia. Groceries can set you back RM2,500.00 for a 4 member family. Rental is Rm1,500.00 in Subang Jaya. Car instalment can be RM800.00. Petrol RM150.00 per month. Utilities Electricity RM300.00 per month, Water RM20.00 . Internet RM150.00. Medical RM200.00 (provision) no hospitalization. Incidentals approximately RM1000.00 per month. Your job should pay you RM 8000.00 per month at least up to this point. This is normal lifestyle. I have not factored in education. Private education per child can be RM3000.00 per month in International Schools. With children dont ever think of coming if you are not earning RM15,000.00 per month at least net of tax. It is not all that rosy out here.

I feel like moving to Malaysia with my 10 year old child now, i wish i have the freedom to do that, i want that especially for my sons future.
  • Alhamdulilah. I really do hope that the conducive environment in Malaysia to be away from the degeneracy in the UK and be on your deen, will serve you and your family well.. inshallah. I live in Singapore at the borders of Malaysia and i am having fun just being able to enjoy life Malaysia ever so often.
  • Sis, you may consider IMAS international school in Putrajaya. Good Islamic school with mixed of different nationalities and offering IGCSE Cambridge syallabus for primary, secondary and a-levels. Fees are moderately okay 12k myr per year
  • @h3ir.enfield
Yes. Getting the visa from the school is one way. Children will need about RM40-50k per year for international school, IGCSE, IB, Australian Canadian etc Pre-U....take your pick. They can then join local campuses of Monash, Nottingham, Heriot Watt or do twinning degrees at local private universities linked to Lancaster, Woolongong, etc and still be in Malaysia.

Happy Ramadan to you and your family. Take this opportunity to go to Bazaar Ramadan with a lot of food to explore...
  • @Sunshine-zi4nq
Rental of 500 to 1000 Ringgit will only get you a room in KL unless you want to stay in a dilapidated unit and in a remote area. You would need to live on a very small town to rent on that budget. Not possible in Penang or Johor Bahru either.May not be practical for someone who doesn't speak local languages to stay in a small town. A more reasonable budget would be 1.5k to 2k for a 2 bedroom condo , or a landed house but it wont be in a gated guarded estate . I doubt you could live comfortably on 3k Ringgit. I am Malaysian btw. With a family you would need 10k if there are 4 of you . Not including sch fees.
  • @ShineOfSmiles
Agree. Quality Lifestyle is so important in this era.
  • @mysticdreamworks
Dont forget to go Bazaar Ramadhan in your area, exclusively on Ramadhan season. There's lots of local cuisine which mostly rare and hard to find during normal time. Some or most are freshly prepared and hell cheap too (well at least compare to GBP currency) ๐Ÿ˜†
  • @Kasim_Mahmood
Looking forward to a series of videos on this. Thankyou for sharing your experiences.

Love your videos. They are a breath of fresh air and get down to the facts. Please do one on bugs, mosquitoes (should residents take tablets). Health care costs would be useful as well ๐Ÿ™‚
