    Update: So YouTube has demonetized and suppressed this video due to controversial takes. Dr. Don has helped professional athletes, executives, and entrepreneurs improve their anxiety, stress, and depression, all without the use of pharmaceuticals and I spent almost 5 hours with him to deep dive into his reasoning and process… but YouTube doesn’t want you to see this video.     Important topic! I struggled with social anxiety and inability to be in the present moment, until I realized it happens because of tightness developed in the muscles of the VOICE, from suppressing my emotional expression (AKA body armoring) Many struggle with it and don't even know it! This Results in inconfident vocal expression and it held me back in my CAREER and personal RELATIONSHIPS. Once I did specific vocal exercises, along with emotional processing, my voice opened up, and my social confidence radically improved. I teach this to people now, and the results are always life-changing!
  • I used to sabotage when my life experiences became good. It wasn't my brain, it was my thinking and the tapes I used to play. Through my relationship with God and my desire to become a kind to myself, to others and through repetition my life is much better.

    At 4:20, when Don Wood was talking about a moment that took place on December 15th, it caught my eye, since I my birthday is on December 15th, and I'm turning 21 on December 15, 2024. Also, there are multiple people here that I've never heard of, and many people that I have heard of. Dr. Don Wood, kind of reminds me of the late Jim Rohn.
