I've just found your videos after 26 years since I had intensive chemo, a radical mastectomy and 3 glands removed. 3 years ago I had the other breast removed and more chemo. My neck and around my ears especially have been getting so stiff. I've only started the exercises a couple of days ago thank you so much these are a God send.

Thank you for your videos and thorough explanation. I had a lumpectomy and struggle with lymphatic fluid in my arm. I try to do LDM on my own but doing it WITH your guidance and at your pace seems to work so much better than doing this alone. I've visited this video a few times in the last 9 months. It's kind of like going through this with a friend
