Hey I always wanted to do this so: 1. Reciprocal Self-Disclosure 0:35 Sharing your intimate thoughts and feelings (mutually) 2. The Ben Franklin Effect 1:22 After helping someone you like them more (ask them small favors ex. advice/opinion) 3. Similar Attraction Theory 2:16 We are more attracted to people that are similar to us (bring attention to things in common) Please be yourself though, you are amazing disclaimer: don't use those to manipulate people
  • My crush was one sided. I used to ask him questions but he only replied in one word. He also called me nosy and annoying. So for my self health and respect, he was not the one. :D Ps. I love this channel.

I swear this is EXACTLY what I wanted. I didn't know what to text. All I can say is 'Thank You'.

i don’t have a crush but good info once i do
  • Also, if your crush doesn't have a phone number or doesn't feel comfortable giving it out, then don't push them to do it by asking them all the time. Instead, show interest in wanting to talk to them or see them virtually or in person...without sounding creepy.

    1. Ask deep questions 2. Asking them for small help 3. Sharing same things (interests, thoughts, etc)

As a person that’s been to more dates than I want to admit, I think there is one very simple thing that even I often tend to forget when texting. You are having a conversation with another human. I know it sounds stupid but often I get caught up forcing a conversation and drying up the conversation myself when I should realise that you are only half of the conversation. If they answer you always with a one liner or send you a reply once a week you shouldn’t waste your time forcing yourself in to it. Just know if you are interested to a person and they are equally interested aswell you usually can struck up a conversation about anything. Once I even talked half an hour about paint drying and it was amazing!
  • Human beings are complex and simple at the same time. In order to take advantage of the latter, you just have to be honest and direct about what you want to say. In terms of texting, getting someone’s attention is still complicated, especially when they’re entertaining more than one person through the tiny screen in the palm of their hand.

exactly, someone who finally understand that opposites don't usually attract

I did the third one actually to my crush. I sent her a song mashup of our two faves and it was actually really good. It’s been an inside thing ever since. Now we’re dating and we still reference that lol

my advice is just to be yourself and NEVER try to act like someone you're not. because if they do end up liking you, it's not really you they love it's the fake persona you made for them. if you be yourself, you'll attract the right person and they'll love you wholeheartedly for the person you are inside
  • I confessed my feelings to my crush 5 months ago... Look at me. 5 months later, in a romantic relationship with my crush:> im so glad I did that
  • @gwyralt
It's not a crush, but i would like to have a decent conversation and to become close to her, even though it's just a friendship relationship (of which it's kinda best for me since i actually don't like such a "love" related relationship) this might help me as i'm not a good ice-breaker, thanks as always 😁😁😁

After having a crush on a girl for about a year I realized that we were too different and it wouldve never worked pretty well. But I guess this was an important experience in my life

Timestamps 1). Reciprocal self-disclosure 0:35 2). The Ben Franklin effect 1:22 3). Similar attraction theory 2:16 Hope this helps you out.

Great advice and video! I myself don't have a crush nor their contact info, though the best way to casually get someone's email and phone number is by treating it casually, by asking in a group. You could ask for all of your friend's contact info so you could make a group chat, and there'd be no reason to refuse.
  • @ice555cold
its a perfect timing because i am texting someone special😳

My crush rejected me, and i’m heartbroken. We met on a café, with my friend and her stepsister. It was really cringe. I have cried the whole week💔😢She said that she doesn’t have feelings for me anymore. She liked me before and i loved her, but we are now good friends
  • I have all these naturally. I guess, I gained them through my life experiences, but never knew the psychological terms until now. Need to compliment your purring and mellifluous voice. Short and precise. Thanks!
