Those people who produce these fake coins should be put in prison for a long time.

Coin diameter is too big, spaces between radial lines on coin is too far apart, cannot see the engraved maple that should have the date in it due to crappy focusing and lighting.

If you've held a 1oz. gold coin in your hand, it is shocking how heavy it is for its size. There's nothing in daily life to compare it to. Iron has only about 40% of the density of gold. Copper does a little better but is still less than half the density of gold. Even lead's density is only about 60% that of gold. So a very dense metal like gold, when held in the hand, kind of short-circuits the brain because it seems to violate common sense. This fake, just looking at it, is so large and thick that it wouldn't have this effect on the brain when held in the hand. Very easy to spot, but then most people aren't aware of what a real gold coin feels like in the hand.

3 questions, how do you know it came from China? 2nd question is Where did you get that piece of garbage from? 3rd question is, how do you know it came from China? Most counterfeit coins come from India, not China. Buy from reputable dealers only

It also has more of a brass tone when they are fake real gold is heavy for how small an ounce is also I saw that same coin on Amazon sold as a replica so be aware of buying gold online and do your research and don’t buy gold off eBay it’s bound to be a fake every time the fake ones also have a tungsten core inside of the coin
