Pardon me, Donald Trump is the defendant, not the president.
  • Jake: "What is the defence working on now?"... Tim: "Getting Trump to stay awake" 🤣😂🤣

He's incapable of telling the truth so no, he can't testify unless he's able to take the 5th.

Parliatore still can’t bring himself to criticize Trump. Unbelievable.
  • He won't testify ... he will surely screw things up for himself ... more than he thinks ...

Tim Parlatore seems like a well reasoned, smart, and thoughtful guy who would help Trump immensely at trial. No wonder he no longer works for Trump.
  • I am a lawyer called for jury duty some time ago. The question was not getting rid of me but could the prosecution do it for cause - because they did not want to waste a peremptory challenge. I did criminal defense in my background so you can guess which side wanted me gone.
  • he has no credibility. His atty's don't DARE let him testify. He is uncontrollable on the stand, and woujld explode on cross.
