I was listening to this song the other day with my 6yr old in the car, he asked me what self made means? I said we are self made, we work hard for what we have and expect nothing from anyone. Great song!!

This is a great album! I love that you talk about what many won't, not only a love for America but also coming up from the hardest times. My husband did 11 years in prison, he could have just come out and been a statistic but instead he finished parole, has maintained familial and personal relationships, bought our home, and has worked full time since the week after he got out for years now. People can do it, people can learn and change. Bless you and your family Adam Calhoun! Thank you for this album!
