Arataki Itto's take on "rock 'n' roll" may well be somewhat unique.
But that hasn't stopped him from turning into a uniquely rock 'n' roll kind of oni.

This song looks funny, but it is actually about those people suffering from wars. Different animals in the song indicate different groups of people.

Never in my entire life would I ever hear Bull Chucker and Lavender Melon sing

A little funfact, if you read Heizou's investigation notes, the animals in the lyrics –i.e. Weasel Thief, Bake-danuki, General Crab, and Unagi –are actually codenames for refugees that the Puppy Union rescued. They were either sent back to Ritou after being rescued or were able to leave Inazuma through the joint help of the Yashiro Commission and Watatsumi Island –who were working together through the Puppy Union during the war. Dvorak himself was also helped by the Puppy Union, that's how he knows the story. He was called Unagi No.9.

Huge respect to Paimon's voice actor. It's got to be difficult to speak in Paimon's voice, let alone sing in Paimon's voice!

ITTO'S VOCALS THOUGH- I never expected this but I love it.

This is the goofiest cutscene mihoyo has ever done and the fact that vocals are 10/10 makes it even more hilarious lol. It'll be hard to top this one in terms of goofiness in the future.
  • I love how goofy this event was, but it also reflected on the casualties of war. The line "200 goes to my pa" and "300 goes to mama" is similar to a letter written by a Gazan child, stating she wishes to give her coins over to her parents if she doesn't make it through the war.

Max Mittelman is an absolute legend he sang like a Disney prince he was brilliant
  • I love how, at the start of the performance, Paimon looks super nervous flying behind Itto and hiding behind her microphone. Then around the end she starts to get more competitive and loud because Itto is taking up the spotlight. Itto really brings out the best in people and I love him for that

Besides realizing that Max and Corina are rly awesome at singing (esp as their characters woah), I just also realized that they're singing in an Enka-style song on Watatsumi island which is literally above ENKA-nomiya! I love that lol

Man Itto's voice is amazing!! He defenitely did an amzing job lol
  • @eru3404
The lyrics about Mora are actually from the last words of a real little girl who died in Gaza. She written in an innocent tone that she would split her little money and leave them to some people around her.😭😭😭
  • @Kneirros
Itto and Paimon's VAs nailed it! Also, if anyone hasn't pointed it out yet, the song's lyrics is about the brutality of war particularly in Inazuma, only disguised as comedic lines about animals and their misfortunes.
