I was introduced to this album by my college crush. She died tragically a couple months after graduation. It's always an emotional rollercoaster with this album but I'll be forever grateful and cherish this special gift she left me 💓

Some stuff cannot be repeated. It's impossible to not be emotionally moved by this album. It's like a sermon we were all waiting to hear.

Came here from the apple ranking, first time listening to it. Incredible album, I've really been missing out. For those complaining about rankings or whatever give it a rest, it's great music just enjoy it.

I don't care if you're a punk rocker, a metal head, grunge kid or other, it is impossible not to be moved by Ms. Hill. She's a national treasure and this should he in the library of congress.

I am 69 years old, and I bought the CD about 10 years ago. It’s my favorite album of all time. My 10 year old car cd player would not eject this CD, and it was then that I discovered, that this was the CD I would want stuck in my car player. I never got tired of listening to this album. She is the best.

This album should be viewed as a classic, by fans of all genres of music. There aren't many albums you put on at the beginning and play through to the end. Its a beautiful journey through Lauryn's art.

I listened to this album last night because I hadn't heard it before but was told it was good. Why did nobody tell me this album wasn't just fire, it's the surface of the gawdamn sun?!?
