I can kinda believe that the acting chief and former chief Troy Finner, probably wasn't aware of a code being used to suspend sexual assault and violent assault cases. This all started when Acevedo was chief.. so maybe it's true that they really weren't aware of it. But at the same time, maybe they did know. But if Acevedo was the chief during that time, then he's the one who should be getting investigated. Also, I believe Mario Diaz is a terrible investigator. He's moving like a cunning snake to me.. trying to tear people down and create a narrative that might not be true. He's only concerned with creating a "spicy" news story.. as if this is some kind of reality tv show off of MTV. That's what I perceive, but maybe I'm wrong.
