Tropical Depression Four has formed along the southern coast of Cuba, with winds of 30 mph. The depression will continue to strengthen, likely becoming Topical Storm Debby late Saturday as it moves into the Gulf of Mexico. Beyond Sunday, there is a lot of uncertainty about the storm's path and strength.
