I have struggled with anxiety my whole life, but this summer it really hit me hard. Starting the school year, losing my dog, and my dad being diagnosed with cancer has been really rough and anxiety inducing. It’s been hard to shower, eat, and especially clean my room. However, after seeing this video, I finally got the willpower to try to clean a little bit. For the first time in weeks I am able to see my floor and it feels amazing. Thank you Julia : ) <3
