Second free update, which adds a new quest and 2 boss battles.
The boss is intense, but he's not so bad. Zote and knight from the previous update were much harder. It looks like the Grimm was heavily inspired by Dracula from Castlevania series.
Also, don't forget, that the cost of the Quick Slash charm was increased, but I'm still using the old version of it. If you try my build in a new save, you will be overcharmed.

This is one of those boss fights where you don't kow what's going on but somehow you're doing just fine.

My favourite part about Grimm is that if your too close to him during some attacks he becomes a spider and backs away then resumes attacking

Hollow Knight's Grimm 'dances' are essentially a(n astoundingly incredible) nod to Castlevania's Dracula battles. This game is phenomenal.

I just found out this game existed today, and judging by the comments on some of the videos I found about it it has a shit ton of paths to choose, some hard bosses and deep lore. I’m going to have to do a shit ton of research. But damn that animation and design. The character and fight style. I can’t stop watching this. It’s just so... cool.
