In a world where we can have instantaneous video conferences on our phones, Joe totally called in audio-only. It absolutely wasn't prerecorded or an AI deepfake or anything. Joe's unconscious - or barely conscious - on a bed somewhere, probably doesn't even know he's been usurped. He probably thinks he's still running. The funniest thing in the world would be him getting on camera saying he's still running and this is all just as big a coup as it actually looks like it is.

So, Biden is not going to address the nation about his departure from the campaign, his health, or his endorsement of Harris. Every President has done so during times of crisis. The lack of transparency in this admin is shocking.
