My Car Interior

I love my car. It's nothing special, but I'm the only owner, pretty much. 2 years old when I got it. My other old car died in an intersection. I was actually using my dying car to go look for a new car. Died at a set of lights, coasting. I had the bus depot on my right, I turned in coasted and parked it in the lot. Ford Dealership across the street I walked over "Hi... I need something cheap and good on gas..." Ah perfect... We just got these back from The City on lease. They were loaners to people I guess. What colour? We got blue, white, black... Black. Take her for a spin, let me know. 5000 km, I took her for a spin I'll take it. I like the shape of front end of the 12, 13, and I think 14 Focus. I'm not a fan of the 2015. 12, 13, 14 aren't Fordish looking front ends. It's gettimg a few rust spots, but at the core of this car, the suspension, brakes, tires, the windshield, low KMs, new battery and as funny as it is the interior is in great shape too. I keep it clean. It may get. a bit ugly I'm winter but during the clean season, I keep it clean. The interior is great. You'd never guess they're the same car. Pretty cool interior too. Nice style for the time. It's like Ford took inspiration from not Ford in a few things with these years. These cars also had known issues with the transmission because of how they're built. Dual Clutch Transmission. Personally, early on, I felt some of the issues, the jerky take offs, early, not after the first year I owned it but I also think the car had so few kms on it, 2 years old, the bugs and updates, recalls were not ironed out, but it spared the car somewhat. I think. I also know how to drive a car too though. Acceleration, braking, cars like the way I drive them. It's the same as work trucks. You give me a new truck and another guy a new truck, his will be in far worse condition than mine at 80,000 kms.

I took it out tonight for a grand tour of the places of my youth. It's just great. Amazing. Like new. These places... It's crazy the changes. A roundabout? What blows my mind hard is the trees. In 2 places in particular. They're huge. Lush. They actually block the view of places which were visible. Like the path which crosses the tracks. So many trees. It's dense. The old arena with the same sign. My other neighbourhood just kill me. It's so nice but densely packed. We were one of the first on this block. 5 families, maybe 6. Were we played, war games or whatever is like 40 new really nicest homes. The one I lived in is a nice little house, we are the first to live there, it looks very similar today, same shape, windows are all where they were, different colour, but from what I saw... :) it's kind of tacky on the inside... The trees in that neighbourhood... Wow. They are huge an plentiful. What a nice place it turned into. I do that, just take a trip around the block, looking and I'm thinking "does anyone in any one of these houses have any clue that I one of the OGs, is stalking this place? Not really, I don't care about anyone there now, I'm just looking at specific houses.

As I was leaving the town with the roundabout I heard Keith Urban, Messed Up As Me for the first time. I like to listen to radio when I drive. Back in the day the 90's it would be easy rock. 105.3 which is not the same anymore. I want to hear Natalie Merchant and beautiful women singing voice. Or whatever easy rock in general. Driving alone has always been a nostalgia trip for me. I'm stalking old stomping grounds, I'm thinking about things. Since it isn't the 90's anymore, and "Yeah lovin you ain't easy, it's fiYOU and then is rain.... Hey hey hey something something something" ... UH no..... No I don't think so.... No thank you? That ain't doing it. So country radio will do.
