Why a dog has been this girls best friend

Anyone who knows me at all knows how much I love and adore her
She was my shadow, protector and my bedtime cuddle buddy
she died on 7th May 3 days away from her 12th birthday
People may mock me when I'm in such an emotional state about a dog but this blog will hopefully explain why I don't give a toss and why Rags meant so very much to me

I'm so sorry for your loss. It took me years to get over the death of my little Westie & even now sometimes I think I see her out of the corner of my eye. Animals give you unconditional love & bring much joy in a way that humans rarely can. It does get less painful & then the memories will make you smile rather than cry. I wish you all the best.
