I have severe C-ptsd and have been on. Benzo for 20 years. I tried to taper but it was hell..im 72. I also use medical marijuana because of tumors in my spine, no narcotics. I use mostly THC in the form of edibles and tincture. Then MMJ is the only thing that helps for sleep and pain. I have taken magnesium glycinate and mag citrate but need heavy dosage and I don’t know what dose. I also heard that benfothiamine or thiamine B1 is good for motility?
