Lakers haven't played for a while, but still the topic of conversation everyday.
  • "Monty Williams should give back his money to get the hell out of Detroit" 😂
  • In Eric Spolstra's case...he has the backing of the Heat's management and Pat Riley's confidence......so LeBron left.....

Makes you appreciate the Heat Culture more! The only organization that empowered their Coach over LeBron

As a Lakers fan always thought it was weird that the Lakers hired rob Lowe as a GM he as no experience as a GM he was a agent that is totally different.
  • No offense to mark Jackson but his offense was straight iso ball even with Steph and klay. Kerr changed the offense and made it unstoppable.

I cant believe Shannon is this honest, lebron is too powerful that’s the main reason. Mike brown was only able to stay for 5 plus year because lebron didnt have that much power back then. But then later we found out mike brown was actually an amazing coach.

2 game winners, 1 win, double digit leads in all games, no adjustments on defense, not using Hayes/Wood (when available) appropriately, Bron & AD player great, DLO & Reaves couple of great games and you lose 4-1? Yeah is not Ham’s fault 🤣🤣🤣

It’s a totally undesirable job. Terrible job security, biggest scrutiny of any coaching job which is exacerbated with Lebron on the team, terrible ownership, plus this lakers team is incapable of winning a title yet those are the expectations

Preach Shannon. He's the ONLY one on ESPN touching on the heart of the matter. "Holding players accountable, despite their resume." But you can't criticize outright he who shall not be named. Shannon speaking in code, telling the truth, and not wanting to end up like Michelle Beadle.

At the end of the day, Darvin Ham has won CH as a player and ast coach. He was an assistant to a HC who won coach of the year. In two years as HC, he has 55% wins, 2 playoff appearances, (losing to the eventual champs and the defending champs) and a win in the NBA Cup. He will get another HC job before lebron gets another ring.
  • Lakers needs 3 things; 1. Aggressive defense 2. Add'tl. Center position player 3. Good coach like Mike Brown and Eric Spoelstra

You can’t empower a coach who doesn’t demand power. Coaches that demand power are very few. Most coaches are like puppets.

Can we please hear about the T wolves, the Nuggets, the Thunder, the Knicks, pacers, Celtics, or Cavs. Not a team that the league has passed by

As a laker fan, this is not a desirable destination. It’s a scapegoat job
