Great advice! Only thing I would add is I find it’s worth keeping 10 or so nanab berries for tasks like 5 great throws in a row, even if you’re good at hitting great throws, as it stops the Pokémon attacking just before the ball hits it, which will lose your streak even if you do a perfect throw!

For players wanting to get platinum medals for each region (Kanto, Johto, etc) I think it can make sense to use rare candy on uncommon Pokemon solely for the Pokedex entry (stuff like Varoom or Skwovet)

Daxi, I love this video and it's really helpful. But here's a question/challenge for you. You reference a bunch of times something along the lines of 'if you don't have a lot of storage, then obviously keep less of this item' which works well in theory but in practice can be very difficult for new trainers. So, what not do a "recreation" of this video, on a separate account, and how you would prioritize bag storage with a much more strict limit? I know you have that burner account from your lv. 1-40 in one day video, I have a hard time believing that account also has the maximum storage. I think that the majority of trainers with like 4000+ bag space take the game seriously enough that they already have their own methods to manage storage, so I think doing this with a storage of about 600 would pose an interesting challenge.

Maybe I’m just weird, but I love how consistently shadow pokemon attack. There’s almost no downtime waiting for them to attack like other mons. Especially the ones that float side to side of fly up. It makes it so easy for me to time my throws with shadow pokemon because I don’t get impatient waiting with them just staring at me

Always use raspberries and bananas at gym. Get stardust but less health boom,use on other members in gym too

In the end when you talk about keeping tms, I think you meant to say keep more CHARGED than FAST tms since we go through charged tms much quicker
