Of they will prosecutors will put her on trial again. Not because shes guilty but because everyone know they are. Thats how procecutors work.

Prosecutor's will not be able to retrial in that venue, the whole city county and possibly more is so corrupt and cannot be retired in the state of Massachusetts. But the people behind the homicide were in the house and were the witnesses in the trial, what a book!
