We Played Through Breath of the Wild as LINKLE

It hurts to see people say linkle is related to link when the truth is she is just some girl who believes with all her heart she is the hero of legend despite not being good with directions

Whoever designed Linkle’s outfits must be a fashion designer

I love how 80% of this playthrough is just them gushing over how cute Linkle is.

Other than Linkle's body proportions being smaller than Link's and see the longer arms have to compensate for it, this is a pretty good mod. If I could figure it out myself I'd play this just to enjoy the outfits. I'm so used to seeing models just be plastered over the original so seeing Linkle actually reacting with proper facial animations is great, shows that modding starting to get really good.

I would of loved to see an easter egg or side quest of Linkle trying to fulfill her heroic duty but, constantly getting lost. 😂

Linkle is so adorable, I can imagine the sibling relationship between link and her to be really sweet, like she really looks up to link and wants to be like her courageous big brother

"Getting lost on her own farm, is that a reference or something?" It's a reference to Hyrule Warriors where she enters the events of the game because she got lost on the way to Hyrule Castle because she can't even read a map correctly.🤣

35:44 We can answer this! In Warriors, Darunia refers to her as brother. She rightly calls him out as sister, but because Gorons are mono-gendered, they treat all the other races the same, so brother it is. XD

A linkle mod for tears of the kingdom will be so cool but so much of the voice acting will have to be changed because the characters say link a lot in the cutscenes

Considering the fact that link is reborn over and over along with Zelda and Gannon, I imagine Linkle could be if gender isn't a consistent thing in rebirth, she's link. I kinda want a game for her. And other genderbents. Zeldin and Ganoladora, Ganol for short.

After playing totk the old amber texture just seems super weird

I feel so bad for Linkle always being in the shadow of her brother Link… I bet she’ll get fed up one day and be like “stop expecting me to be like Link! I am my own person!”

With this mod every one is happy, Miphle is comfirmed, Zeldink is also comfirm and Yona stole Sidon from me so its fine

The fun thing worth noting is that as Linkel, you don't need to have the fancy outfit to get into Gerudo town. You can wear anything.

Linkle was confirmed to be the backup hero created by Hylia using essence from link in case he died so her believing she is a hero is not much of a stretch.

Wow! Whoever designed this mod is terrific. It's particularly cool that they changed a lot of character interactions so it would truly feel like you're a different character and not just a palette swap. It would have been extra wild had they managed to insert some kind of Linkle exclusive content like a side quest specific to her and her story...but I know coding that in would probably have demanded additional extensive work. I'm certainly in the camp of folks who perhaps would like to play as Zelda for once. It's been awfully strange over the years that we never get to play as her in an official game (not counting those CD-i games, of course) given that the series bears her name. The storytelling could use a fresh take from a different perspective than from some incarnation of Link all the time. (And Linkle is adorable and all...but does she have a identity or personality all her own, or is she just gender-swapped Link in the official game where she actually makes her debut? Nintendo naming her simply "Linkle" sure seems lazy...but then again, creating Wario as an antagonist to Mario was also not exactly wildly inventive either...)
