When you understand gauss, you can easily scale to level cap with him. Your build is already, but you could do much, much better. Gauss needs alot of duration. But not to the point of sacrificing range. And you can also just shield tank with him, becouse of his passive. so building health is unnecessary. Also, showcasing a build on a level 10 defense doesn't show anything. You can literally kill level 10 enemies with bulletjumps. If you are not comfortable with steel path, do it in Mot.
