Just because someone is confident doesn't mean he/she is right Just a reminder!!
  • @meetpalan
i think being vegetarian is less related too nutrition and it's about empathy toward animals
  • I love rajma chawal best, and I personally never had any digestive problems after eating it.
  • U r south indian and u remember korian food first when it comes to fermentation food. This is where we Indians are still colonized intellectually.
  • @Sang1977able
Can't wait to see the comments section. Also thank you. This was great fun.

Just soak your beans and lentils overnight before cooking. 30% carbs 70% protein. Avoid packaged foods. Eat within 2 hours of cooking. Keep moving.
  • She is good marketing strategist she telling sciences but she never been a student of it! Just shared her experience with confidence.
  • One should not be so sure and confident about a particular diet... every person is different... Something that doesn't suits on you might be good for others.
  • Everyone needs to see this. I am a vegetarian but I am always been curious and observant about my food and I have observed many of these things said in this podcast. And yes obtaining optimum amount of protein from veg diet requires more effort but I still prefer it seeing other advantages of veg diet. Just be aware of your lifestyle and keep working on improving it😊

The video everyone needs to see but unfortunately most people who need it will miss. After 5-6 years of my extensive research and having undergone fat loss transformation myself I can say that each and every piece of advice here is true to the core. This video is a goldmine of good eating advice.
  • being too aggressive with the time stamps won't deny the fact that indians have been living long lives, and mortality rates aren't as high as countries that eat a lot of meat. yes protein is needed but you cannot say that our diet sucks and its bad, being vegetarian is fine as long as you take care of your amino acid needs. also too much protein increases insulin, the exact opposite of what you want on a keto diet.
  • What about the climate consequences of having a meat diet? A vegan diet is best when it comes to climate change as it releases less carbon compared to others. A meat diet is not sustainable at all.
  • Not having grass feed meat is okay. (Most animals r injected antibiotics and hormones) But GMo fruits r bad. Madam please listen ur logic once again.
  • Doodh chor do, dahi chor do, soya chor do, daal chor do, fruits chor do, ghar ka khaana chor do, juice peena chor do, dawa khaana chor do Thanks for the extremely informational content Now I can die peacefully by starving
  • Reducing meat to protein, grain to glucose is the most rudimentary way to look at food. Advance studies are moving away from this toxic way of looking at food as protein, fat, carbs. Read more about advanced science research.
  • @Mimansha.c
Kimchi, is not the only fermented food you guys!! what about idli, dosa, uttapam.. they are such great source of balanced protein and fermented!! But it really amazes me how conveniently people disregard that!
  • ‘Where do you get your protein from’ was the question vegetarians faced only in western countries. Now even in India, people started breaking the food into carb, protein, fat. Eating junk, sedentary life is the problem not the protein. Animals get protein from the grass and we need meat to get the protein. What a joke!
  • My family diet All sorts of dals Aloo in anything.. gobhi , Shimla mirch , jeera , matar , beans , etc etc... Some green vegetables: Tori , ghiya , bhindi , brinjal , karela (in a while) Rice/pulao with rajma or chana Fruits sometimes... Eggs twice in a week Meat - once in 3 months... In snacks :- samosas jalebi , bread sandwiches , mithais (typical north indian halwai cuisine)
  • @govind6198
People who are saying she is correct are real paltu. When they watch Netflix vegan documentaries they say those guys are right, then if they watch Beer biceps podcast then they say he is correct. Now after watching this they say she is correct. Guys please understand people have different body type. A person leaving in Haryana has a diet which is based mostly on vegetables and milk and it suits them and a person living in mountains like Himachal and UK have diet which contains meat at least twice or thrice a week along with milk and vegetables. I know one of my Muslim friend who don't eat non veg at all not even chicken coz he is not able to digest meat.
