Seems like a great guy. Smart too. I like him and his wife is great, really smart person as well. I think he makes a good balance with Trump. Younger and more of a blue collar background.

The speech wasn't bad and it wasn't great. Just a speech not too divisive and just enough to give you an introduction and impression. He and family comes across as likable.
