Oh my gosh Carys you showing your nails made me feel so seen 😭 I have the same problem and have felt so ashamed about it, so thank you. If you're looking for a way to stop, the only way I've been able to is by wearing press ons. 😂 I got a bunch of clear ones, filed them down to look like my real nails, painted them, and stuck em on. It really helps break the habit because after a week or so of wearing them you basically have trained your brain that you CAN'T bite them anymore.

You are so lucky! You are just yourself and absolutely everyone loves you ❤ you are talented and pretty, and you live insuch a beautiful place with parents and lifelong friends. I wish I had friends.
