Dude I was totally expecting a basic tips and tricks video but this is awesome, you just taught a bunch of actual useful tips to someone that has already been playing the game for 400 hours. Appreciate it!

Additionally, the " ` " key (Upper left of the keyboard, usually the command console key) also highlights all characters within sight on the map. So if you're having trouble locating a squirrel somewhere around, or trying to locate an enemy in combat's silouhette, it's perfect for helping to clear up the confusion!

I just really love how this game isn’t just dumb clicking and doing damage but it actually makes u think logically in combat

Great, easy to follow vid. To add one more small thing to the mix, i find that using the dip action on a candle for extra fire damage on my bow esepcially to be huge. You can take it out of your inventory, place it, light it, dip your weapon, then pick it back up all for 1 bonus action (the dip). It lasts for 3 turns and a lot of the time you would waste that bonus action anyways.

for only 2 videos on your channel, the quality and effort put into your videos are insane! Keep it up

If you want to keep Astarion's "Happy" buff up all the time for Act 1, keep the sleeping bugbear in the Blighted Village alive. When you venture out from a long rest, teleport to the village and have Astarion do his thing while sneaking. It won't wake the bugbear up and you'll have the buff up for every fight til your next long rest. Then just do it again next time you long rest. EZ permanent buff uptime.

The chest of the Mundane from the Magic tower allows you to store a seemingly infinite ammount of heavy items on you, as they are transformed into generic household items. I have about 30 barrels of powder that I can carry around and then use for ambushes. Additionally, camp supplies stored here does count towards the camp supply ticker

Getting my mind blown with awesome BG3 tips with nostalgic starcraft music in the background is something I didn't know I needed in life.

I have been constantly consuming all Baldur's Gate 3 content I can find trying to both prepare for launch and keep myself sane during the wait and you're videos have by far been the most informative. Can't wait to see more!

One small note, you can right click any potion in any inventory and to drink it. No need to move them into the character’s inventory.

Playing this game brought me back to the feelings and vibes I got from gaming as a child. Not a whole ton of info on how to play and with a decently high but not too crazy difficulty (Im on normal). Its been neat going to the net to find out what people are doing in the game (when i was a kid not a lot of people had the internet and forums were a pretty new thing) and I ive been learning a lot from other peoples play styles and having a blast with trial and error. I know Im rambling at this point, but man its just nice having this feeling again.

the backpack tool tip was great, i know there's a setting to not have them auto pop up on the tool bar but now i can just stick them in my bag without having to go through my inv.

Your videos are increadible. Apart from Aestus, I think you are the only Youtuber covering BG3, where I actually learn something and it is not just "this is what this class does in the PHB"
  • @Noone-wo8mk
Wow. I have been watching a lot of youtubers to get ready for this game but your 2 videos have been packed with more helpful information in just 20 minutes than the countless hours i have watched of everyone else. You are doing an amazing job!
  • @Isnogood12
You're now officially my favourite BG3 channel. Wolfheart and Mortismal gave good news coverage but recently it's just been them reading out of the PHB so this is a hugely welcome and useful channel. Hope you keep blowing my mind! Can't wait for you to get your hands on the alchemy and crafting systems in game, those were brilliant in DoS2.

Fantastic video. Quickly running through things, showing good examples on screen, not teaching basic stuff as though it were a master skill; excellent service.

120h on the clock and still you found new tips for me. Great explaining amazing editing. This channel gonna be my bible. Looking forward more videos

So glad I saw this! First Baldurs Gate gate for me and my brains still trying to get wrapped around the fact we can do basically anything! Getting to both see and hear you explain these things is great for my poor little overwhelmed brain (and hilarious, that tower of babble with boxes is amazing!)! Beyond being helpful this has given me some new motivation for some of the puzzles that have me a little stuck, thank you!
