Underground oceans exist deep under the earths crust. Possibly this thing came to the surface lake from deep below. Our surface lakes may not be as isolated as we think they are .

  • Given how young in geological terms the lake is and it appears to be cut off of any other water source a huge monster like this or creature seems very unlikely. But any of these stories are way cool to review and think about it.

Interesting. Any real movie footage or photos of actual sightings?

I kept waiting for the actual footage and story to go with the cover photo, but once again I was fooled by clickbait......that was a waste of 1:56.

Thank you for not doing a video with a horrible computer voice I just subscribed.

Yes I'm familiar with the Lake Tianchi monster, came across it while researching the WAY more credible monster fish of Lake Kanas.

unless someone put it in there, it’s not possible. it’s elevated, and cut off from any other significant source of water, so nothing could have gotten in there.
  • What a cool lake and a cool video. I'll have to check out your magazine as well. I few years ago, I try to uncover the origin stories and legends behind a like monster in my home state in Utah, USA. I was in for a shock on what I discovered. I found out the lake (really in my own backyard) is 250,000 years old and could be millions of years old, which is rare for a lake. I interviewed a state geologist and biologist. It was fun to learn more about the alleged Bear Lake Monster.
