I am totally in love with the new Amigo sampler by Stekker & PotenzaDSP!

It's based on the old Commodore Amiga chip and it has a super crunchy and low fi sound! It inspired me to create old school intelligent drum and bass. A sound I grew up with!

Usually, I don't share links to the plugins since I'm not paid or affiliated for these videos but check this one out here: www.potenzadsp.com/amigo/

Thanks for watching and have a lovely day! 💜

As a former 1990s Sound Engineer in Beatfarms studio London I love the LESS IS MORE you can JUSt get on with the the problem I find with modern Cubase etc. is you can just spead TOO much time getting to learn the new features etc. etc.. and it gets in the way of the point ...ie just making MUSIC .. I have just got this and absolutely LOVE it ... its the s***T

This VST is pure gold! Within minutes of downloading I was making textured bass and slicing breaks that sound like my old school cassettes from the 90's. Lowering the sample rate on drum breaks gives it the missing texture that take work crafting inside DAWs. Thanks for your post, this VST is the magic sauce I've been looking for as a sample editor.

Wonderful plugin. I'm on holidays now and if there is one thing that makes me look forward to returning is to play further with this one. ^^. Great video and review. Subbed. Oh btw: you can use slide when you turn on chord mode by flipping back and forth between the two modes to turn it on. It's such a cool effect. ;-). Cheers!
