  • Yoshihisa Hirano is just 10/10 on this. This piece was.... this just took me out! Was not expecting this at all!
  • @Rastafun95
To put it simply, without spoilers, this scene is the narrative build-up of more than 100 episodes. so yeah, a big moment.
  • @abhinavperim2462
The episode this ost plays in has engraved its spot as one of my favorite anime episodes ever....
  • @Daniel-mx9sd
The composer of Hunter Hunter is the same one who made part of the Death Note soundtrack. what you can clearly hear with him.
  • @pranjoshi
This track was just used once in the 140+ episodes of this show. Absolute masterpiece of a song in a masterpiece of an episode. Absolutely horrifying stuff.
  • @shwildin
its impossible to really describe the scene without spoilers, but its like the pinnacle of the main characters story arc Would also recommend "Kingdom of Predators" and "In the Palace - Agitato" / "In the Palace - Lamentoso"
  • @Heldblut
The scene were this OST is played is the epidomy of the entire show where everything that happened for the past 120+ episodes lead to that very moment. The emotions I felt during that scene were a mix of sadness, anticipation, shock, sheer disbelief and excitement. After the scene I felt as if everything was complete yet it was so empty. It felt as if you finally undersood everything there is to know but your newly gained knowledge took your ability to have any new thoughts, since everything is so obvious and laid infront of you that you can't do anything else except to just look at it and appreciate it.

Yeah, this track is deep in the run of the series, so it’s tough to contextualize without spoiling, but here’s my best shot: We always hear the “triumphant hero” theme in stories because we’re following the hero’s side of things and that cues us in that this is good for our character. In a fight where the hero wins, if we were watching from the villain’s perspective, we might get a more somber track instead, because we aren’t getting a good result for the character we’re attached to. This track is what plays when what is happening is not good for anyone involved.
  • I'm just going ro say this piece plays in a very tragic, terrifying and at tbe same time epic scene, I'm not gonna say anything less, the scene is as good as the music
  • @user-io2yy2jx5g
I really love the Ost made from Hxh, since i love Classical (Orchestral) Music, some i would recommend would be: Hxh - Ansatsu Ikka No Yakata Hxh - The Last Mission Hxh - Ost 3 - Kingdom of Predators Hxh - Restriction and Pledge Hxh - Ost 3 Riot Hxh - Legend of the Martial Artist Hxh - Ost 3 Elegy of the Dynast Good ol' times when an Anime Ost/Songs could turn into a Masterpiece Orchestral Music
  • @Christopher._M
Finally! One of the best OST in anime! You should check out more of HxH OST. It has at least 3-4 more worth hearing. Kingdom of predators at the top.
  • @OakenshieldFTW
I totally agree with this piece standing out from basically everything else you’ve heard. With minimal spoilers, that’s kinda the point. It plays during a scene that in retrospect, totally makes sense, but when you first watch it, it’s a sort of “I always expected something messed up, but I never expected THIS”. It’s easily the most fitting piece of music for the scene it accompanies out of any show I’ve seen, and it’s hard to say much more without major spoilers.
  • @lofilipeta
The scene where this is played is where a character faces complete despair, rage and resignation. The soundtrack makes us feel it together with said character.
  • @Huh-oh3mx
Lets just say that the scene had alot of build up and when it finally happened it was intense asf. Top tier animation, voice acting, and of course MUSIC
  • @neph166
This is the Pinnacle of Anime… nothing has topped HxH yet
  • @Gopal__S
The episode this plays in is often mentioned when people talk about favorite anime episodes. The anime as a whole is already very well appraised, but this episode is what people usually think of when they think about this anime. In every youtube reaction this episode always has waaay more views than every other episode. But you can't feel the full emotion of the episode without watching the rest because it's the climax of something that has been building up for a long time. I was getting goosebumps hearing this. This music always hits so hard.
  • @diggs825
Now it's just time for you to hear this with the amazing voice acting this scene had. One of the strongest anime scenes with so much build up to this moment.
  • @shiggydiggy6847
Kingdom of Predators is the track from HxH soundtrack that always stands out. They use it quite a bit in the anime, but it feels like it never gets old.
  • @Mr30Louzi
The best part of this piece, is that what is happening on screen is just as perfect and amazing as this music. It's criminal actually, the fact that a lot of people will never experience this...
  • @Teslabluewolf
All I can say is the music is so fitting to the scene. Truly a scene to never forget.
