5:50 Warsaw Legia Warszawa. It was political remider who was the victim and who was the aggressor during WWII. Performance organized on the anniversary of the Warsaw Uprising in honor of those who fought and fell, including children.

It doesn‘t matter if your team is the best or the worst, the point is that it‘s your club and your city, so you give everything to support your team in the match and to represent your club and the city at everytime And this goes from first division to the fifths or maybe sixths division

Never Forget the Invasion from 35000 German Frankfurt Fans in Barcelona

10.50 Not necessarily so many drunk people as you think. In Europe football is a religion and the stadium is our temple. The pride of the club is inherited from grandfather to father to son. It's all about passion, tribalism, heritage.

its not thinking we are the best team its showing passion for the team we support
  • Maradona once commented back when played for Napoli "PAOK fan's are the craziest hes ever seen " 🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷

I understand American have difficulties to understand the fealing and atmosphere we live in Europe, and how we live the sport . Each city has thousand of years in history, and , as supporter of one Football club of those cities , you are not only supporting your team, but you rappresent your City and your Country, in your nation, and outside your Nation .It's not just a game, it's about your identity in the history. I'm an A-c Milan Fan, my father was, my Grandfather was, all my Family is, AC Milan exist since 1899 - and Milan is my City, and Italy is my country, and AC going arround the world playing, is rappresenting my City and my Country, that's why, we support them always and everywhere and in any condition. you should read the chants of the Napoly fans, that's what they are saying in the chants " We are alsways here, to defend our City"

It’s easy, Even for american sport customer, to understand: your club is part of your family. It doesnt matter if it’s the best or Not. It’s Family, it’s your Club, your town and you will support passionate and defend it 100% till your end.

Regarding your question to Poland and the banner with the child & Nazi - a bit of II World War history - in August 1944 there was an uprising against Nazis in Warsaw - the capitol of Poland. During 63 day of fighting 45 ths of resistance underground slodiers were fightig out of which 16 ths died and another 15 ths were captured. In addition to this over 200.000 civilians were murdered by Nazis. Amongst this a couple of thousands were kids. This banner is telling about that fact.

I worked in Serbia and got tickets to Red star Belgrade vs Tottenham (England). I think Tottenham won 4 or 5-0 and every time they scored the Serbian fans just got louder and more intimidating. easily the most impressive atmosphere I have witnessed.

This is how men in Europe channel their aggression. Not with guns. Not in other public spaces. Not dangerously (usually). Quite a good way to channel negative emotions and get positive ones.

The US is about cheerleading, Europe is about intimidating the other side. Great vid, love US reactions.

What you gotta understand is that these aren't national teams, these are just teams representing a city. So imagine each country has it's own league equivalent to MLS/NBA/NFL and within that league is probably 3 or 4 teams that have fans that class as "Ultras"
