People are over exaggerating this. DF powers have rules that they follow. There were other DFs that were able to replicate the power of another DF, but not the entirety. It was only capable within its limits. Bonney won't be able to use the awakening effects. She might be able to manipulate her body however she wants, but she won't be on par with Luffy. She does not have the haki, nor the stamina to keep up with Luffy. Plus, this is a power that her own DF allows her to access. It's not like there will be multiple Nikas running around. That's just head cannon from guys who completely ignore the story in favour of powerscaling.

Giving Bonney Nika power is BS. Luffy literally died to gain these powers and Bonney just imagine and get that. This make Nika powers cheap and less unique.

okay, i think i got it now. catarina devon, the reason why she touch the elders is to use their powers I guess her powers works like that of bon clay where she needs to touch her target to use the persons ability with the nine tails fruit. that's why Bonney's "awakening" is happenin this arc because it foreshadows what black boards crew can do... Oda is a mad genius

Luffy didn't start using his fruit other than the changes to his physical body until Gear 2. Isn't that when Zoro first showed 9 sword style and Sanji his fire? I think the crew has been affected by his fruit for awhile now.
