  • Can you imagine going to prison in the 70s and not getting out until after the year 2000 and just being blown away by how the world has changed
  • @TheKulu42
I was present years ago when Squeaky Fromme was captured after her escape from Alderson prison and brought to the federal courthouse for arraignment. She wanted to know if she had to pledge allegiance to the flag and other things like that. And she was so detached. She kept talking about saving redwood trees and was even reading a pamphlet as she was taken away. It was an odd day in court.
  • @howareyou857
Squeaky was looking for external validation because her father's coldness destroyed her self esteem. Made her vulnerable to manipulation. What's most bizarre is that she still appears to be under Manson's influence.

Just when I thought I’d seen practically every location you show us the squeaky pole. Incredible and to think it’s still standing over 50 years later and the cement hasn’t been vandalised after all those years. Mind blowing. Thank you so much for this video it’s a gem. 👏🏽
  • @mdeysenroth
I am shocked that she was paroled. I figured an attempt on a presidents life would land her in prison for life. Great video; lots of info and footage I have never seen.
  • @kathyturner6177
I will never understand our system. She should be in prison for the rest of her life. Enough of this parole.
  • You left me craving more of these videos!!! Very interesting indeed! I wasn’t born until 1983, but this has always been something I wanted to learn more about. Please continue this as a series of some sort.
  • Oh I remember this lady , she is still kind of brainwashed by him all these years later. Thanks for these videos. I’m from the UK 🇬🇧 so it’s amazing to hear about all these stories I’ve never heard of ❤️ you research so well xx
  • @jasunhuerta5587
Wow, you GriMMs find the BEST curiosities... Who would have known there was a "Squeaky Pole", in LA, and the Manson Family points of interest are so telling of a time gone by.... Thanks, GriMMs for another Grand episode..... :^)""""""""
  • @kellie5476
This is one of those cases that just never leaves me. Thanks for covering one of the lesser known people involved.
  • Love all your videos! Every aspect of the Manson story is fascinating. I've watched every interview and every time i can feel myself getting drawn in. I can see how the girls, and the guys became who they became under his influence. Despite what he did or what he didnt do i believe him to be one of the smartest and least understood figures of his generation
  • So interesting. I thought I’ve seen everything about the Manson family, but you shown us something different. I love seeing the actual places where things occurred. Thanks!
  • @loristewart800
Thank You for doing this video! I was 9 when Sharon Tate and her baby and her friends were murdered. My mother talked about it for years. Its hard to not think about it to this day.
  • @angelwalker3260
Love seeing the matching photos from then and now, and the old news clips. I grew up in the 70s, can't get enough of Manson and his 'family' lol Great research you do, love you guys and this channel 😘💕✌️
  • @ciararyan9370
Another great video! It struck me, watching it, how young Squeaky and the other girls were. And when the reporter was interviewing them they really seemed to believe that they were doing something good. They thought Manson and the others on trial were going to get out again and life was just going to continue. It would be interesting to talk with them today.
  • @TheYamato19
You hit another home run with this video. I learned so much, I’m in downtown Los Angeles every weekend and walk pass these streets and places you showed in this video never knowing I was walking by historic places.
  • @tjacobemxw109
I worked with a guy that had stayed on the ranch in his young adult years. Every time he told the stories they we’re always the same and never changed. Very interesting stories too the way they were expressed was like it had happened yesterday
  • @rodimus371
It’s amazing how Manson was able to manipulate these girls and so many other. Disturbing and at the same time fascinating .thank you for posting great stuff as always
  • @crashers17
The last picture of the girls with the shaven heads and x in their foreheads, is super creepy. I read Helter Skelter when I was in 7th grade and it scared the shit out of me... Nothing like the Manson family before or since, has terrified so many people...imho of course.. Awesome video,I hope you do a whole Manson series that would rock !
