Thank you for speaking about this issue. It's definitely draining more battery and making some phones so hot it almost burns. Laggy gameplay, too. My phone is pretty old, but it's functional enough I don't want to buy another one just yet (from one reddit thread I realized even buying the newest model doesn't guarantee the experience will be smooth, it's just Niantic and their atrocious- most people don't have gaming phones to combat this), but I already see it will be impossible to play if the temperature goes past 25 degrees celsius.

psa bagon is in the field research “make 2 excellent throws”, and a potential reward from “catch a dragon type” (and a wild spawn for those in the northern hemisphere), and deino also spawns this season (not sure if season specific, but we definitely get it), and it is indeed a gbl encounter, but only if you’re veteran rank or higher pretty sure you can trade poipole, not testing with mine as its 15 15 14

I spent 3 hours finding the 20 dragon types. About 15 of them were Dratini so the spawns aren't impossible to find rare

I had the issue where I would throw a ball and it would either not throw and get stuck on my pointer, or would launch it to the mountains on the next screen behind it.

i was watching this video while going through some stuff on pokemon go and at the end where she says congrats for getting the mareanie shiny first check i instantly looked up from my phone so shocked like how did she know xD

You can go into settings then advanced settings then turn off enhanced graphics; that’ll help lag and battery as well

So I've known about the catch circle trick for raids since I looked it up for the legendary bird raids back in 2016.... BUT I did not realize all this time that the circle stays the same size for each throw after you set it. I've just been resetting the circle size each and everytime... brb gonna go scream into a pillow lol

don't think I've ever commented before (just enjoy watching all the videos! :)), but i had to come back today because this happened to me earlier: at lunchtime, I watched this video, thinking at 24:28 that that must be so rare and so few people must get it first try and then 3 hours later, i click on my first mareanie of the day: pink! 😱 i swear Zoë gave me the shiny luck through her video!

I'm level 40 and I duoed the Blisephalon (no idea if the spelling is even close, the one we have instead of stakataka) with a level 50 player. And the raid achievement screen actually said I did more damage. So it's definitely doable with 2. (And I don't have any level 50 mon, purposely because I'm saving for the level quests, but I barely have any over level 40)
