helpful info..thans. FYI I've found that keyless subarus sometimes won't start if steering wheel is locked. simply turn and hold steering wheel to relieve locking pressure and then the subaru will start.

LOL! Just an hour ago I had this happen to me: “Why won’t the car start!!!!????” (even though all the lights came on, so it wasn’t my battery). Turns out my steering wheel was locked because I hurt my knee earlier today so I clung to the steering wheel for dear life when I got into the car. Figured out it was the steering wheel and unlocked it and the car started just fine. Of course, it happened in front of all my friends…. I came home and started watching your video and it was the first thing you mentioned. I sent the video to my friends, “Well, I guess I’m not the only one!”

I have a 21 Subaru Forrester. I’m not a daily driver and I often mix up the cruise control with the lane assist buttons. Since I’m not using the cruise control a lot I seem to have difficulty with it. I’m learning more and more from your videos to be able to use my car better. Ok so I think I found my answer about why CarPlay is not launching in my vehicle. I did some research and there’s some good information out there so I’ll have to check my iPhone settings because I know my iPhone is paired with my Subaru Forester. I don’t know if one of the settings either on the CarPlay within the Subaru,or on my iPhone simply got turned off. That is technology for you!
