as a dane i have to say 52 kroner for a crossaint with filling is absolutely insane. and i even live in copenhagen. i never had it though, looked good but too expensive.

Frikadeller is usually made from veal & pork, not beef. Tivoli is the 3rd oldest in the world, Bakken ( 20 min. outside CPH) is number 1 from 1583 & 2nd oldest is in Austria 1825, if i'm not mistaken. Hope you enjoyed your time here, all the best from DK ❤

5:30 a notice here is, you probably not find 2 that are exactly the same, its up to the Smørrebrødsjomfru (Sandwich Maiden), there are as many ways to make the meatball as to the toppings so endless. We (danes) will eat smørrebrød with a fork and knife, but your typical smørrebrød for launch or a quick bite, will be rye bread, butter, a meat and maybe a condiment, sauce or vegie, but the key is you can eat it with one hand.

Kanelsnegl = Cinnamonsnail The park were you saw the duck in the "lake" are the remains of the old moat around Copenhagen. The same goes for the lakes in Tivoli.
