Please note: the evaporated milk can be replaced by whole or partially skimmed milk (2-3%). I've tried it all and it works. I find that evaporated milk adds a creamy sweetness to the dessert and the whole milk allows you to taste the coconut flavour better.

Hello Everyone!

The new video is finally here! It's a simple 4 ingredients dessert. This Chinese dessert is simple and fast to make. The only part is waiting for it to set. It's great for serving at house parties or for personal enjoyment. This coconut milk pudding is served in some dim sum restaurants. Since I'm allergic to shrimp, it's one of the few things I can eat when having dim sum. I just wanted to try this out and simplified it. Most people put egg whites into their recipes, but I'm lazy and wanna skip some steps. I find that it doesn't really affect the flavour by excluding the eggs. Plus I save myself from the time and work :) lazy people ways hehehe..
