Every year, we underestimate how much parity there is in the NFL. 50% of playoff teams don't make it the following year. The people saying "OMG HOW COULD HE PICK WASHINGTON" said the same thing about Houston last year.

I could see the Bears going 11-6 and winning the North, but I also equally could see the Bears going 6-11 and taking 4th. I have no idea what to expect from them.

Not sure about a 49ers deal with the Chargers. Mack and Joey Bosa are over 30 years old so you'd have to package some draft picks to lure the 49ers. Let's not forget the elephant in the room here with Jed York (49ers owner) and Harbaugh Chargers HC (former 49ers coach 11-14) who have a interesting history to say the least any die hard 49er fans know what I'm referring to lol.
