As a Canadian, I would strongly recommend against this unless you love paying taxes. If you want equality come to Canada. If you want opportunity, go somewhere else.

I hold a Canadian passport and lived there for 15 years, enjoyed my time but its too expensive, too cold and too miserable to stay. SE Asia is now home, I'll never return

Get Canadian citizenship??!!! I’m a Canadian, trying to run as fast as possible to a free country

Can’t even travel domestically or leave the country without Quaxx pass. Who in the right mind would want citizenship here.

Thank you for your videos. Love them. Watch them often. Your perspectives are enriching. Don't need the musical intro. A chime and a logo would be enough.

I immigrated to Canada in 1995 from fallen communism regime… and 2021 left Canada to live in Mexico. Canada definitely has become a totally different country. Robbing people with taxes, mismanagement, pretending to be successful and developed, corruption on highest levels now it is turning into biometric ghetto. I am not even wealthy person with millions, I paid my taxes lived by the book… but seeing what is happening in/to Canada right now is heartbreaking. I would strongly recommend an extensive research of Canadian life before considering moving there.

“Politicians are always SLITHERING to the next argument.” LOL. Thanks for going with the word that fits, Andrew!

Considering the current "requirements" to be able to get out of your house in Canada in 2021, no thank you. Anglo countries have gone insane.
  • @pinschrunner
The biggest concern about Canada is not whether or not there is a tax play there or not, Andrew. People are fleeing from Canada due to the tyrannical medical police state there.

As a Canadian, and i want success, and oppotunity for a better life. I can tell you this right now, i cant wait to leave Canada. As matter of fact, as soon as the oppotunity is given, i am outta here. so no, stay away from Canada unless you love paying 70% of your income in taxes.

Once you get a Canadian passport, you could enjoy world travel, with less tension than a US passport. Canada has excellent relations with other countries and does not have the stigma of wars. Living in Canada is not that great, but it's passport is great.

In 2010 I worked in Canada on a special work visa for the Olympics. I did it for the experience not the money. The bad part was the VAT ate a lot of my generous pay. For those Canadians with lower income, the thought the VAT and other taxes was a good value for health care and social service. The upper income and business owners complained about the high taxes and poor services.

I am a Canadian, above average net worth. I am not going to stay here longer than I have to. Canada is a weird mix of corporatism and socialism, some good things, but mostly bad aspects of both. Also the weather sucks. Our government sucks. I could go on for a while!

Canada, New Zealand and Australia have fallen, I’m trying to get the hell out of Australia. I also have EU citizenship but honestly only, only small handful of those counties are remotely acceptable at this stage, let’s see what they do regarding restrictions during their winter. The Western countries do not look appealing at all, they are being decimated piece by piece.

If you're not a like minded socialist, Canada will be a great disappointment to you. Mexico is the better option if you can get over the language barrier.
