funny story after that guy tried paying that fine he was taken to caught and fined $1500 for failure to pay with the approved money as you can only pay with $1 in 5 cent pieces 2 in 10 cent and 5 in 20 cent and 10 in 50 cent then $10 in 1 dollar coins and $20 in 2 dollar coins and becuase he failed to do so he was fined 1500 to be paid before he left the court and if didnt he was facing a year in prison
